About the Role: As a CBRE Learning and Development Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for partnering with business units or Lines of Business to identify learning needs and to provide appropriate solutions by designing, developing, and rolling out a variety of high-level programs. This job is a part of the Talent, Learning & Development functional area which focuses on developing, implementing, and evaluating employee development plans and programs to support organizational needs. What You'll Do: Create and administer training programs in three key areas: Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations. Create evaluation and measurement tools for platform offerings. Identify needs and recommend smart solutions that meet CBRE learning demands. Facilitate these updates when needed.
