This is a highly visible role that offers the opportunity to partner directly with operations leadership to drive cost control, operational efficiency, and overall financial performance. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Plant Controller will be responsible for proactively managing plant costs, supporting forecasting and budgeting activities, analyzing manufacturing performance, and serving as a strategic business partner across the operation.
