Job Description Summary The Asheville Deburr Operator will perform a variety of hand contouring tasks, including manually removing burrs created after the machining process, on complex aviation engine hardware. This position also requires the ability to generate break edges, round edges, and chamfer on different types of exotic metals including, titanium, stainless steel, inconel, and rene. Required to utilize hand tools such as, pencil grinders, 90-degree grinders, and straight grinders and have the ability to operate a drill press. This positions also requires the ability to hand polish parts to required surface finish and the ability to inspect generated features for conformance.
