About the Job
An onsite role, responsible for the development and implementation of Human Factors programs for Anduril production environments. Individual will be embedded in the manufacturing engineering and industrial engineering groups to co-develop production floor layouts and programs to reduce the risks of human factors injuries. The focus of the role will be split into two focus areas: 1) The designing out of human factors risks as Anduril is rapidly maturing from low rate production to hyper production in multiple locations, and 2) The design and implementation of a program to identify and eliminate risks of musculoskeletal disorders through gamification and competition which engenders the collaborative involvement of engineering and production staff.
