This position will lead EHS location compliance including local, state, federal and internal policies/procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with EPA and state environmental requirements including: air, radiation, storm water, hazardous waste, CAFO, SPCC, waste water, and others. Performs inspections/BMP’s in compliance with regulatory requirements. Operate and manage a wastewater system and drinking water system to ensure compliance with all applicable permits.
