Job Type Full-time Description The Field Safety Representative will be stationed at the rig site in Utah on a 14/14 rotation, working closely with the Drill Site Manager to assist in building and maintaining a strong safety culture. The Representative will also provide assurance on safety processes and execution during drilling operations, and work with the Drill Site Manager and central Safety team to develop training and provide on-site coaching that ensures compliance with all Fervo safety regulations and standards.
